My FitBit Charge 3 died earlier today whilst i was at work. I placed the device on charge for over an hour and a half and the thing is still unresponsive. No battery indicator on the screen, no vibration when plugged into charger. I have only had the device for less than a week.
Can you please advise ASAP

If you've tried re-starting the device with no joy and there is still no sign of life, I'd suggest a return trip to place of purchase for an exchange

I’m having the same problem. When plugged in and while off the charger the screen is black and unresponsive. Clicking the side button does not do anything either. What should I do?

Good Morning,
My Charge 3 also has a Black Screen. I've had it for about 2 weeks, and today it just went black. If I hit the button on the side I can feel it vibrate, but for some odd reason the screen will not show up at all.
Can you assist me in getting a ticket open as well, I love the design of this Fitbit and I hope to get this resolved quickly.

Hi,
I put my Fitbit Charge 3 on charge last night to get a blank screen but it still vibrates. My app isn’t picking the Fitbit up to sync either but The green light on the back of Fitbit is still flashing. Can anyone help!?

I too am facing the same issue. Charge 3 bought one month back is not responsive. It doesn't restart, doesnt vibrates (its fully charged though). And the green light at the back of the watch flickers continuously.

Hello! I left it on charge over night which still didn’t make it work. I then took it off charge, left it for 10-15 minutes and the screen just came back on by the charge was only 68% which was the same as the first time I charged it from new. It’s frustrating as this is the 3rd Fitbit charge 3 I’ve had in a month!

I have experienced my Fitbit Charge 3 failing to respond to act actions. On plugging in for recharging it fails to become active.
first time I rang the Fitbit helpline and they talked me through a software upgrade.
A week later the Helpline talked me though 4 further software upgrades.
surely upgrades should not be required every week?

My Charge 3 did the same thing today. I was going through notifications and it just went blank and became completely unresponsive. I put it back in the charger, even though I had just taken it off the charger with a 100% charge on the display. It can't sync with my app on the phone. It's trying to upload and update, but it cannot find the fitbit. I have had this for only 2 weeks. Makes me wonder about the quality of these products.

I’m having the same problem as everyone here. My Fitbit charge 3 just went blank. The left button when pressed can be felt vibrations and the green lights still flickers upon contact. When I put the charge 3 to charge and open up the app to check, it’s not charging at all.
I’ve also followed the instructions of charging it then pressing the left button for about 8 seconds but no smiley faces or anything pops up.
Can someone please help me as I just got this few months ago as a birthday gift and I don’t want to be told that it’s spoilt 😔
