About 2 weeks ago, there was an update for my Charge 3 available. So I updated it. About an hour after the update completed, my screen is black. It's still tracking and still vibrates but the screen won't light up. I tried everything. I've tried all of the reset tricks and contacted customer support and they told me the same things I've already tried. After no luck the representative I chatted with checked my warranty. I had my Charge 3 for just over a year (purchased August 2019), of course now the warranty had expired and the best they can do is give me 30% off the fitbit store. I find it a little ridiculous that I had absolutely NO issues with my Charge 3 until this update. It wasn't damaged at all and yet there's nothing they can do. Shocker, they don't even offer the Charge 3 anymore since the 4 is available. For anyone who sees an update for their Charge 3, I would just be cautious.
