I have a blank screen on my Charge 3. I have tried to reboot it as per instructions, also changing the clock face in the App settings but it's still black. It buzzes when the button is pressed but nothing appears.

I am having the same issue. I was adjusting the brightness on mine and it went blank.

The same happened to my watch too it still works but my screen been black for 2 days now. I have the charger 3.

I realized that I had set the brightness to "dim" on accident. I had to go into a completely dark room so I could see the screen to make the change I needed.
