Charge 3 black screen

After 2 replacements due to black lines on the screen, my 3rd device has done the same thing and now the screen has completely gone black. Looking back at the history of the Charge 3 they last 3 to 4 months on average.

 

I purchased my first one in November 2018, I’m on a limited budget so paying out for something like this was a big deal for me but lesson learnt. My family are looking into other trackers as a late Christmas gift me.

Hi Yes I’ve spoken again to one of you colleagues and awaiting my replacement for the 3rd time. I’d to know what Fitbit are going to do as this a huge problem with the charge and having my original one replaced 3 times now within a year is becoming silly, this device would last longer than 3 to 4 months with out faults occurring. I look after it, make sure it’s dryer after swimming and does not get any knocks and bumps..
