Charge 3 black screen

My Fitbit Charge 3 is completely dead, black screen, no green light. I attempted to do a hard reset following the steps in other posts, but the Fitbit is completely unresponsive. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Alejandra, 

 

Thanks for the reply.  I have attempted the steps, but my Fitbit is still not turning on (doesnt even vibrate when I hold down the button for 15 seconds, no green light).
