Charge 3 black screen

My Fitbit Charge 3 is completely dead, black screen, no green light. I attempted to do a hard reset following the steps in other posts, but the Fitbit is completely unresponsive. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Thanks for the reply.  I have attempted the steps, but my Fitbit is still not turning on (doesnt even vibrate when I hold down the button for 15 seconds, no green light).
