Hi all, had an issue with my Charge 3 the other day. When i went out on the run the brightness was down way to low so when i got back to the house decided to change this.
When i got to the settings on the Fitbit the screen when black. I have attempted to change the clock face as i have seen this fix on this website but hasn't helped. In the process of this the Fitbit disconnected from my phone.
I have tried to connect it again however as they screen doesn't work i am unable to. When i plug in the Fitbit and attempt a reset the device vibrates for as long as the button is held down. Does anyone have any advice?
