Charge 3 black screen

My charge 3 stopped synching.I did everything i read rebooted it and my phone. Tried it on another device. Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Then it wouldn't pair, so it no longer shows on app Now it's a blank screen with no flashing green light. Can not reboot. It just died

Similar happened to me a while back, if is still under 1st year warranty (or you paid the extended) contact CS.

It was a gift I received a year and a half ago. I don't remeber doing the extended warranty and my account doesn't give me any information.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
