My screen stopped working today and also stopped syncing. Based on everything I read in the forums, I disconnected my Bluetooth from Charge 3. I plugged Charge 3 into charger and finally smiley face appeared but nothing is happening. I tried restarting it. Held the button for 8-15 seconds and it's still stuck on the smiley face.
Prior to disconnecting from Bluetooth... Charge 3 was not syncing. I've noticed the last few weeks it hadn't been tracking my step activity correctly either. For example, I know I walked 1000 steps all over the grocery store but it only recognized 500.
