Since the last update I noticed that my Fitbit charge 3 I can’t sync with my iPhone 6 and I noticed a mobile tracker which I didn’t have before. Not sure if that’s the problem? Any ideas?

I haven’t been able to sync since last Wednesday. I even tried to remove my charge 3 and put it in again and it still will not sync. I have an IPhone 7 and you’re right this happened after the update.

My daughter and I cannot get out Fitbit 3 to connect to our iPhone 10x. It hasn’t synced in two weeks. Can someone please tell us what’s wrong or what to do?

Mine doesn't sync with my iPhone or my iPad. I followed the instructions for resyncing and nothing. I cannot wait for my Whoop to arrive. I hope that it works as well as advertised and I can just junk my fitbit and get a regular watch and just use the Whoop for my fitness needs. I have had three fitbits and only the original worked as advertised. I like the idea of a fitness device and this is one of the few ones approved at work but it never works properly.
Now it won't sync.
The food tracking has not evolved at all and is still awful. It doesn't sync properly with myfitness pal, I have to disconnect and reconnect every time I want to load steps and half the time that doesn't work. I wish you would stop putting out products until the ones you have worked properly.

I’m having the same problem. I had no problems when I had an iPhone X but I have gone backwards to an 8 Plus and I’ve always had to “force” it to sync. Last night my phone upgraded to iOS 13 and now I can’t get it to sync at all. My phone doesn’t “see”
the Fitbit. It doesn’t even show up in Bluetooth as a device anymore. But when I try to re-add my Charge 3 it tells me I can’t because there already is one connected to my phone. I am able to sync with my iPad which then seems to update the app on my phone. That’s the only way I can get my steps on my phone is to sync my iPad first.

I’ve just realised that I haven’t been able to sync since my iPad and iPad Pro were upgraded to iOS13.4.1

First the sync didn’t work with the IOS upgrade, then it suddenly started working for about 2 days. Now not working. Tried all the steps to reset it as listed by Fitbit support. This is very frustrating and makes me want to ditch the Fitbit and get something else. I don’t have time to play with this everyday to get it to work. Fix the problem Fitbit!!

I am not holding my breath.
I also noticed that my watch is running nearly 10 minutes slow and I cannot fix it because the synch is off.
