My Charge 3 is just a little over a year old. A couple of weeks ago it had the black screen, and using this forum the refresh fixed it. However, a couple of days ago it went again. I have tried the refresh countless times, and the smiley face comes up... then within a minute the screen is black again.
I have also tried the changing clock screen, which has worked a couple of times but then the black screen comes back!
It is tracking normally, and vibrating. I have no idea what else to do!!
