Map not showing after run

 hi dose anyone no why my map isnt syncing after my run and it just has a red circle...thanks in advance

My Ionic is doing that too, from my Sunday bike ride. It's showing previous rides though. Hopefully it's a server issue on their side, but funny how long it's not been working.

I haven't done any, sorry. It's syncing to the website dashboard, so it seems to be something with the server for the apps ??? I'm on Android btw.

thanks mate, my s10 updated yesterday and i thought it might be that. But I tracked  a manual run and just walked around the living room and stopped it after a few mins and it logged it with the map. So maybe its a severe issue like you say..

My map from Sunday still just loading symbol on the app. Weird how a new one works but the old one is stuck. Ya maybe they changed a server address or something. Sad it was my longest bike ride. I guess I can try again 🙂

It is weird, my map loaded then vanished and just went to the loading screen. My distance wasn't correct either and i run the same distance weekly.

Ive just been on a 1 mile walk and it all appears normal now.

Ill use run keeper along side fitbit for a week as a precaution
