Goodbye FitBit

I was so excited when I bought my first FitBit Charge 2 but shortly after I noticed a crack in the face of it.  I could not find an affordable way to repair it so bought the Charge 3.  Shortly after buying the Charge 3 the brightness of the display dropped off so that I could not really read the data unless I was in the dark.  Not too useful so I spoke to FitBit and they simply said it was a recognized problem but they had no fix for it.  They would not refund or replace.  Today the strap broke.  Enough.  I am done with FitBit and just waiting to upgrade our family to the new Apple Watch.  FitBit has been a total disappointment.

I will never purchase another fitbit.  Charge2 Strap broke after 6 months and was replaced under warranty. That also broke a few months later.  I purchased Charge 3 and the strap broke on that one too and was replaced under warranty.  Now a few months out of warranty and the battery will not hold a charge longer then a few hours. Never again FITBIT!

It just seems these are basic expectations - do what you say you can do.  Have you tried the Apple Watch?  It too is not perfect but man I have had enough of FitBit.
