Charge 3 black screen

My charge 3 screen seems to have completely gone . Still buzzing when you press side button . Still connected to app and recording.  Any help or ideas ? Thanks

In order for me to better assist you with this, please try the following suggestions:

 

  1. Please restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Check in the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing, if so, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

Plug the device into the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
Remove your finger from button.
Remove the device from the charging cable.
Plug the device into the charging cable again.
The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

I’ve tried the instructions on how to remedy a black screen and none have worked. It is connected to Bluetooth; battery is full . Now what?
