Charge 3 black screen

Hello, my Fitbit charge 3 has gone to a black screen and i cannot get it back online despite numerous attempts to restart and change the clock face. I’ve had this for less than a year.

What is my recourse on getting this rectified? I would like to continue to use Fitbit.
