My Fitbit Charge 3 that I have had for a year and two months, got a white fuzzy line down the screen. I rebooted it, now the screen is black and just vibrates. Contacted support and exhausted all troubleshooting options. Just was contacted by warranty and since it’s been two months over, it’s no longer covered. I was however offered a %35 discount. What a joke! I paid 200 dollars for this device. I think it should work for longer than a year and two months!

Welcome to the Community, @AmyG2.
I understand where your frustration is coming from. Thanks for taking the time to share the details of your Charge 3's screen. Your feedback is also appreciated, Fitbit is always working to improve its products and services provided.
While it's not possible to pinpoint just what factors might have caused the breakage as there are some reports with different life spans, you can take advantage of what our Support team offered you in case that you decide to upgrade to a different Fitbit device. Each case is reviewed individually and the solution that's being given is based on the Fitbit Warranty.
Thanks for stopping by, see you around.

My charge 3 did the same thing yesterday while I was on a flight from California to South Carolina.
White fuzzy line on the right side of screen, not centered and everything on the screen just jumps.
I’ve tried everything as well.
Seems suspicious
