Charge 3 black screen

Hi, my Fitbit battery died over night I put it on charge this morning and the screen went funny I had broken pixel white lines going up and down it. I’ve tried the restarting but no smile face came up so tried the long reset and nothing still the black screen then tried changing the clock face but still nothing but a black screen. It will vibrate though and is still charging as it’s still syncing with my app. This is a replacement pebble as the same thing happened to me before. Is there anything you can do? Thanks
