I have seen all the messages, I have tried the options, I’ve done the charge and hold the button down and change the clock face. The screen is black. It vibrates when connected and synchs with my phone I just can’t see anything. Please help, thanks,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GL_Hob. I´m sorry to hear your Charge 3 went dark and thank you for mentioning that you have tried the options.
I understand how frustrating this could be and please confirm that you have tried restarting your tracker, the long restart and changing the clock face.

Plug the device into the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
Remove your finger from button
Remove the device from the charging cable.
Plug the device into the charging cable again.
The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
