Hi, my charge 3 is completely dead. Wont start up, won't recharge. Side button unresponsive. Battery dead. Someone from help desk was supposed to call me. Still waiting.
So I am in a state of limbo. I am prepared to repair it at a reasonable cost, but I don't know where to go. Remember to keep your proof of purchase.Apparently you require this or Fitbit will not entertain issues regarding your Fitbit watch from the dealership from who you purchased it.
