Charge 3 blank screen issue

yesterday screen my screen started playing up by constantly scrolling so you couldn’t read it - now the screen is blank but it’s fully charged and syncing to my phone - any ideas?

@Emmalawrence Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to follow the instructions that are listed in the first post of this thread in order to have this issue fixed.

Thanks for the suggestions but neither work. If the change of clock face worked i can’t tell as the screen is blank. The device was still syncing with my phone and transmitting data but the screen has died. I’ve now made the situation worse as I tried deleting the device to re add it but you get sent a code which I can’t see ! Very disappointed as this is the 2nd Fitbit I’ve had and this has happened too. I won’t be buying a third.
