my recently acquired Charge 3 become unresponsive with a blank screen that doesn't light up when I turn my wrist. I've had the device just about two months now. and have noticed other intermittent problems. but now it seems to be completely hopeless.
are fitbit users expected to "fix" the problem by jumping through hundreds of hoops to get the device working again, I don't carry my (only) charging cable with me all the time. if this happens when I'm not at home the fitness tracking for the day or even weekend is lost. I've lost trust in this product it seems to be loaded with bugs and problems, at times it is unresponsive (notifications won't clear, screen gets stuck, device doesn't sync) and now it is just blank. the online forum testifies of how common this issue is. surely you should recall if it is this faulty?
is there a once off long term solution to this?
but I didn't change any settings that would have caused this, it just stopped lighting up for no reason
I got on the chat line and the guy helped me reset my device and it is working now. Very satified with his help.
