Charge 3 blank screen

The display on my charge 3 doesn't appear to be working, I have connected to charger and tried restarting but this doesn't fix it. Any suggestions?

This is a replacement device and is around 7 months old, I'm sick of having issues!

Hello there @CondoWallace, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about your Charge 3's screen behavior. I appreciate you've taken the time to restart your tracker prior to contacting us.

Since the restart didn't work, please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Give this a go and let me know on the outcome, I'll be create a support case on your behalf if necessary.

Hi @MarreFitbit, thanks for replying.

My charge 3 is still able to sync with the app, however, changing the clock face did not rectify the issue.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account.
