My charge 3 show full battery but the screen is blank. I've tried hard reset but nothing happens. It buzzes when put into charger but thats it.

Hi there @Sulali, welcome on board. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's screen has gone blank, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for already performing a long restart on your tracker prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue to help you.
If you haven't done so yet and since your tracker is still vibrating, please heck in the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If that's the case, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

I had the same problem. Check screen brightness isn’t set to dim in settings and that your screen is not in sleep mode, try to get some light onto the screen to help you see what’s showing.
