Hello, my fit bit screen has gone dark. It is still sending data to my app, but I can’t see any digits on the screen. Can’t even see to swipe to settings. Please can you provide some advice. Thank you

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
