can you help? my fitbit charge 3 tracker screen has gone blank, it is fully charged and when you press the button on the side it does vibrate!!

@CookieHev Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. I would like you to restart your Charge 3 and then change your clock face.

Thank you for your help previously. unfortunately my fitbit charge 3 has now stopped working all together - this last week it started vibrating constantly and swapping between screens, then the screen went blank and still vibrating constantly and from yesterday it's not doing anything at all. I signed up to fitbit premium a couple of weeks ago and can not use it. Please are you able to help.
