can you help? my fitbit charge 3 tracker screen has gone blank, it is fully charged and when you press the button on the side it does vibrate!!

Thank you for your help previously. unfortunately my fitbit charge 3 has now stopped working all together - this last week it started vibrating constantly and swapping between screens, then the screen went blank and still vibrating constantly and from yesterday it's not doing anything at all. I signed up to fitbit premium a couple of weeks ago and can not use it. Please are you able to help.
