I am experiencing a blank screen - have plugged Fitbit in for extended period and it just got warm. I have tried to restart several times but no smiley face appears. Before it went blank the screen displayed some horizontal lines at the top and bottom. This is not a new product but just appears to have stopped working. What options do I have?
