Charge 3 blank screen

Hi,

The screen on my Fitbit is black.

I have read forum comments so have tried to change clock face, done endless restarts, charged , etc.

Still a black face!

So I had a Blaze that I haven't used so got that out of the box and although the Blaze lights up when on the doc and being charged. Won't work and just has a black screen. Tried restart , etc,

Still just Black!

Can you help
