My Charge 3 wont start after charging and attempting to upgrade it. The screen is black and when I press the button for 8 sec it vibrates but doesn't restart. I have iPhone 7 and IOS 13. How do I solve this?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Thank you for responding. It didnt work though. It vibrates when I press the button but the screen stays black. And I cant change the clock face cause its not connected. Guess I have to wait for customer service to respond to my email.
