Charge 3 blank screen

Hi, over the past couple of days my Fitbit Charge 3 has had trouble syncing, then this morning the screen is blank although it buzzes when I press the button. I have tried all the suggestions I’ve seen, I’ve placed it on charge and held the button down for 8 seconds, taken it off then on charge and did not get the smiley face, I have also done this for 15 seconds with nothing happening and I can’t change the clock face as it won’t sync with my phone, I have turned the blue tooth on and off again. I’ve owned the Fitbit for over a year now with no problems until this week.

Thanks for getting back to me, yes the on-line chat were very helpful, turned out my problem was fixable and I will be getting a replacement from you.
