Same issue. The Support doesn’t Have a resolution. The Tech Development team needs to solve. It was their faulty code from the latest System update released over the last number of weeks that has impacted everyone. Here was their statement:

Note: We release updates to all customers in phases. If an update is available but you don’t see it, check the app again later.

This why people are being impacted slowly over time with the same problem. It’s like sending out a virus.
