I gifted my husband fitbit charge 3 getting it imported all they from USA to Nepal.Taking high cost.Not even a year pass by there is blank scree,no charging alert.
on trying 8sec and 15sec press button i just get smiley and blank bar that disappears.
please help its was expensive gift.
i even want to check logo at charge 3 charger to confirm original charger.
please help help help

Hello there @Rubesri, welcome to the Community Forums. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. Thanks for taking the time to restart your husband's Charge 3 prior to posting here.
Since the restart didn't work, please check in the Fitbit app if the Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
