Charge 3 blank screen

Fitbit shows black screen. Tried to use the charger to turn it on. Not working.  How do I get it to work again..?

Can you do a restart at all?

Hi there @ladybug-1969, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for trying to recharge your Fitbit. 

While reading your post I was wondering if you Fitbit device is a Charge 3 or the Charge?

While we wait for your response, please restart your tracker as @WendyB recommended by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart does not work, please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
