Since this morning the screen has been blank. Tried resetting numerous times - 8 secs and 15 secs unplugging and then plugging it back in etc but no smiley face. This is really frustrating as my fitbit is only a year old. Nothing seems to work. Any advice? Info is being tracked on the app though so that is something.
