I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your Charge 3? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hey did you manage to get this fixed as I am in the same boat today.  Got a replacement charge 3 and removed the original charge 3 and now it is stuck on "we found your tracker .......... connecting to tracker"  the pin code isn't coming up?

They suggested an article titled why can’t I set up my Fitbit . Haven’t had a chance to look it up yet.
