My charge 3 has a blank screen for some reason. I checked all posts here on how to reboot, followed those and none work. The screen remains totally blank.
Then I tried to re set it on my phone; the app asks to pair with the device using a code, but the screen is still blank and I cannot view it on the device.
Very stuck and now cannot use it!
