One day my Charge 3 screen went black but the device was still vibrating when I pressed the side button.
Read through the forums on what to do and followed steps advised by FitBit when this happened to other people - but nothing seemed to resolve my issue.
It has now unpaired itself from FitBit profile and does not charge. It is less than a year old and this happened when the device was approximately 8 months from new so very disappointed but hoping you can help me get this fixed.
