Charge 3 blank screen

So my charge 3 screen went black, did the whole restart thing, I even tried to change the clock face. So i figured i would just let it run out of battery. Whe  i plug it in the display can back smiley face then my clock, but when I went to unplug it after it fully charged it had a solid pixel line running vertically with 2 pixel dots. Now its back to a black screen. From other post this doesn't feel like a one of issue.
