Hi there!

 

My Charge 3 was acting weird. It would only buzz when the button was pressed and the screen did not respond at all. I did a long restart (the 15 second hold while on the charger), which cleared it up for the evening.

 

The battery was low so I charged it overnight. When I got to it in the am the tracker was totally unresponsive, no buzz, no screen, when on charger and off. I can’t even do the 15 second restart. What else can I try?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your Charge 3 isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed all the instructions provided there.
