My Fitbit has gone blank, nothing visible on screen when plugged in to charge, not syncing with the app, on the laptop dashboard it says last synced yesterday at 3.33 but it did not pick up my steps, exercise or sleep yesterday.
I have followed the re-set instructions as listed on website and help forums however it does not behave as described, when I press the side button it continually vibrates for 6 seconds and nothing comes up on screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you followed the steps there.
