Hi, it's been about six months that my Fitbit Charge 3 stopped working, blank screen and the battery is always at 1%.
I tried everything from restarting to changing the clock and finally I removed the device from my app and tried to connect it again, now I'm stuck as I can not see the number to pair the Charge 3 with my phone.
Fitbit should do something about it as I can see a lot of people having the same problem and should replace the item as it is faulty. It's either firmware bug of faulty device. And we should be compensated for it.
