My Charge 3 is showing a black screen, but would buzz. It also should show a smiley face but would go back dark after that. My Fitbit is not syncing in order to try the clock face changing. However I just tried to plug my Fitbit back into the charger it showed the smiley face, and the screen went black.
After a couple minutes I tried to hold the button down but there was no buzz and the Fitbit got extremely hot within a minute of being on the charger. I’m not sure how to fix this any advice is welcome.
