Charge 3 blank screen

Yesterday all was well with my Charge 3. Halfway through the day, my screen went black. It still syncs with the app, buzzes with notifications, alarms work, tracks heart rate, sleep, and all, but my screen will not come on. I can see it still appears to be working when I get on the app. It was at 95% battery when the screen went black. I’ve tried charging, holding down the side, and just leaving it be... Please help! Thanks!

Thank you. They sent me a replacement, and it worked great for a time. However, blank lines are already starting across and down on the new tracker I was sent, making it hard to even read some things without scrolling to a different spot on the screen. Are there known issues with this on the Charge 3? I was thrilled with it until the problems started.

For last several weeks, display started to become dull irrespective of the settings. For last 2 days, display became blank for no obvious reason. I still have charge 2 which works Gr8 but charge 3 has broken. Any help is much appreciated.

The same thing happened to me. Starting to have some trouble with blank lines now on the replacement, but other than that, it seems to work fine. Contact FitBit through the app or website. I started out via chat, and they called me with my permission. Mine was still under warranty, so they sent me a replacement right away, with other options as well. FitBit customer service has always been wonderful.

I did contact them. Even though mine is still under warranty, FitBit is not honoring it saying I didn’t buy it through their authorized reseller network. Ridiculous...
