Yesterday my Fitbit started scrolling erratically and became pixelated. Then the screen went black/blank. It wouldn't let me do anything. So I put it on the charger thinking it would let me reset it. I pressed and held the side button for 8 seconds and nothing. I tried again today and still nothing. It's still syncing with my phone but there is no display at all. I need help. I've only had this for right at a year.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the steps provided there.
