Hi, I have a blank screen so I tried a reset but that didn’t work, read a few threads, held it for 15 seconds, took it out and then back in and no smiling face. I have tried a clock face change and that also didn’t work, I went on to the app and deleted the connected Fitbit and tried to re sync however I need a 4 digit code and with no screen I have no code, PLEASE HELP ME 🙏

I'm also having this issue. I charged my Fitbit last night, and it was working fine this morning, but then I noticed when it vibrated to advise me I still had steps to go to reach 250 for the hour, I couldn't see the display. I am unable to log onto my Fitbit phone app (says 'logging in' for the last 5 minutes).
Suggestions?
