Charge 3 blank screen

Hello. Today, the text on my Charge 3 went part way off screen. When attempting to sync to the app, I found that it wasn't syncing to the app at all. The app displayed No Device Found, even though my Bluetooth was on. It turns out, it hasn't synced for several days.

 

I found troubleshooting steps to plug it into the charger, then press and hold for 8 seconds until I see a smiley in order to reset it. I never saw the smiley, but the Fitbit just went dark. When pressing the button, it does vibrate. I attempted holding the button for 15 seconds for a long reset, but it still didn't come back on. When pressing the button, it still vibrates, but the screen is still blank. I attempted to reset the phone from the app, and even change the watch face, but again, it doesn't sync to my phone for these features to work.

 

Do you have any other troubleshooting steps to try? Thanks.
