Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit Charge 3 is showing a black screen, it is charging and the green light At the back of the watch does flash sometimes. It does vibrate when i long press the on/off button. 

 

Ive tried syncing it with my phone, but that does not happen, Ive heard that changing the clock face does work but i cannot do that as my fitbit isn’t syncing.

Please help !
