Brand New Fitbit Charge 3, less than 24 hours old and stopped working. Everything worked fine and then suddenly nothing, screen blank. when this happened it showed charge at 70% and latest sync time so I charged it fully and now sync is not working just showing red. lights on the back are working but no vibration or anything else and screen completely black. have tried the reset but still nothing. is this a faulty Fitbit that I should return?
