Hi, I have been on this forum off and on for 2 days because my Charge 3 went Black. I gave up and ordered a Garmin.
In the meantime, I was still wearing my Fitbit Charge 3 because even though I could see nothing on the watch screen, it was still recording results in the app. So I was downstairs in a pitch black room and decided to push my watch button. VERY faintly, I could see the time!
So squinting and tapping, I tried to get to Settings. Next to impossible and the pdf owners manual was useless. Anyway I went back to the dark room, squinted my way to Settings, found brightness and tapped it.
Low and behold, the screen lit up!!
Who knew?
