I know there are lots of posts on here about blank screens, mine was steadily getting dimmer to the point I couldn’t really read it although my Fitbit continued to sync to the app on my iPhone which showed all stats.
Now my screen is completely blank and I have tried all the solutions posted on this forum repeatedly but screen is still blank. I’ve tried contacting support via the links but get message saying there is an error contacting support! Please help? Also, my Fitbit is less than a year old!
