Charge 3 blank screen

Problem 1: my charge 3 stopped syncing. So i rebooted it and it has synced with my iPhone 8 but first the device screen froze on the Fitbit logo. I followed the advice to plug it in and and hold the button down and it vibrated and then it got a white line across it. So i did the pressing thing again and it gave me the smiley face. Then its gone to a black blank screen. any ideas?  aahhgg

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
