Charge 3 blank screen

I have tried all the 'fixes' but still blank yet fully charged and pulses. Something goes wrong every 3 moths and it takes ages to fix. Help desk is 'absent' and website is 'circular'! Anyone know a better, more reliable device with a better customer service record?
